Every delegate who comes to a SPADES event goes through us first. We run sign- ups, check-in and the spreadsheets behind them.
What we do
Registrations runs the way in to every SPADES event. Before an event, that means the online portal where team leaders sign their team up, pick the categories they want and keep their details up to date, and the emails that tell each team which events it has been given.
On the day, it is the registration desk: checking delegates in, handing out what they need, and taking attendance each morning. Registrations also runs the campus ambassador programme, the students who bring teams from their own schools and universities.
