Logistics
Rooms, transport, equipment and the thousand small things that have to be in the right place at the right time.
What we do
Logistics turns a plan into things that are actually there. For each event that means booking rooms and venues, arranging transport, and finding the equipment and materials every category and social needs.
Most of the work happens before anyone arrives. The rest happens quickly: when something is missing on the day, Logistics is usually who goes and gets it.
